About this item

FOR THE BIG-FEELINGS DAYS Made for the afternoons that come apart: the short fuse after school, the meltdown over something small, the transition nobody wanted.

Magnesium glycinate with L-theanine supports calm and emotional balance without making a child drowsy.

AN HOUR BEFORE BED, IF THAT IS WHY YOU ARE HERE Plenty of families use this at bedtime instead of a sleep aid.

Give one dropper about an hour before bed as part of a wind-down routine.

There is no melatonin in the bottle and nothing in it is meant to sedate.

GLYCINATE, AND WHY IT MATTERS Magnesium glycinate is chelated to glycine, paired here with magnesium citrate.

Both forms are named on the label rather than hidden behind a blend name.

Read the Supplement Facts panel in the images for the amount per dropper.

CHAMOMILE, PASSION FLOWER AND SPEARMINT Three herbs with long traditional use in calming routines, blended into the magnesium rather than sold as a second bottle.

Naturally pleasant taste that mixes into water, juice or a smoothie.

30 SERVINGS, AGES 3 AND UP One dropper daily.

Sugar-free, gluten-free, alcohol-free and vegan friendly, with no artificial additives.

Made in the USA.

Check the Supplement Facts panel on the label for the full ingredient list, and if your child is under the care of a doctor, check with them before starting.
